1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, contacting us or registering for a programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Ace Group of Companies operates several business divisions. Ace the Academia offers educational programmes, live online bootcamps and training events, including the AI n8n Automation Bootcamp.
3. Registration and Enrolment
- Registration is confirmed after full payment is received
- Bootcamp spaces may be limited and allocated on a first-paid basis
- Joining details are sent by WhatsApp or email within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation
- Participants under 16 should register with parent or guardian consent
4. Payment Terms
Prices are quoted in South African Rand. The AI n8n Automation Bootcamp is currently priced at R720 once-off. Payment is completed through the payment link or another approved payment method supplied by us.
Access to programme links, resources and support is granted only after payment has been confirmed.
5. Intellectual Property
Course materials, recordings, templates, workflows and resources remain the intellectual property of Ace the Academia unless stated otherwise. Participants receive a personal learning licence and may not resell, redistribute or sublicense programme material without written permission.
6. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully in live sessions and community spaces. We may remove a participant who is abusive, disruptive or acts unlawfully.
7. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a compatible device and access to Zoom or any platform specified for the programme.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Ace Group and Ace the Academia are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use or programme participation.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
