1. What We Deliver
Ace the Academia delivers live online educational programmes and bootcamps. Current programme deliverables are digital: live sessions, recordings, resources, templates, community support and certificates where applicable.
2. Registration Confirmation
After successful payment, participants receive confirmation by WhatsApp or email within 24 to 48 hours. The confirmation may include enrolment details, preparation notes and next steps.
3. Pre-Programme Access
Approximately 7 days before the programme starts, participants receive Zoom links, resource folder access, setup guidance and community or support channel details where applicable.
4. Programme Delivery
The AI n8n Automation Bootcamp is scheduled for 1 August to 6 September 2026. It is delivered live online over 6 weeks, with recordings and resources shared according to the programme schedule.
5. Completion
Participants who complete the programme requirements receive a digital certificate of completion within 5 business days after the programme end date. Lifetime access to included recordings and resources is provided where stated in the programme offer.
6. Timeline Summary
- Payment received: confirmation within 24 to 48 hours
- 7 days before start: programme access details shared
- 1 August to 6 September 2026: live programme delivery
- Within 5 business days after completion: digital certificate issued
7. Delays and Disruptions
If a live session is disrupted by technical issues, we will communicate the update as soon as possible and either reschedule the session or provide a suitable recording/resource alternative.
